These Terms govern the use of the Équilibre service and subscription to paid plans.

Équilibre is a web application to help track bipolar disorder, enabling mood, sleep, and medication tracking as well as access to educational resources.
Use of the service implies full acceptance of these Terms.
Free Plan
- Mood and sleep tracking (50 entries/month)
- Medication journal
- Basic crisis plan
- 7-day history limit
Premium Plan
- Unlimited entries
- PDF exports for your doctor
- Advanced analytics and correlations
- Complete unlimited history
Current prices (tax included)
- Gratuit: 0€
- Premium Mensuel: 9,99€/mois
- Premium Annuel: 59,99€/an (soit 5€/mois)
Prices are in euros, including all taxes (French VAT 20%).
Équilibre reserves the right to modify its prices. Any modification will be communicated 30 days before taking effect.
Payment is made by credit card through our secure provider Stripe.
Transactions are secured by SSL encryption. We do not store your banking data.
Subscription is billed in advance, monthly or annually depending on the plan chosen.
In accordance with consumer protection laws, you have 14 days from subscription to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify a reason.
However, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services fully executed before the end of the withdrawal period if you have given your express consent to begin execution of the service.
To exercise this right, send a clear request indicating your wish to withdraw.

In case of valid withdrawal, refund will be made within 14 days by the same payment method.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You retain access to Premium features until the end of the paid period.
No pro-rata refund is made for the remaining period.
When returning to the Free plan, your data is retained but access to Premium features is disabled.
History beyond 7 days becomes inaccessible (but is not deleted). You can recover it by resubscribing.

We strive to ensure maximum service availability, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Our liability is limited to the amounts paid in the last 12 months.
These Terms are governed by French law.

Failing amicable resolution, French courts will have jurisdiction.
